If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!  We accept returns within 5 days of delivery of your order.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

To initiate a return of the product delivered, write to us at care@earth2pot.com mentioning your order no. and image of invoice copy, you will get a response from us within next 24-48 hours detailing the instructions to return.

 

In case of damaged/defective products delivered, kindly write to us at care@earth2pot.com mentioning your order no. and attaching photographs (front view, side view & back view) of the products along with invoice copy within 24 hours of receipt of the order and you will hear from us within next 24-48 hours.

 

Please note that only in case of damaged/defective products delivered, we accept free returns. In all other cases, the return shipment charges shall be borne by the customer.

 

In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced/refunded. We accept free return only for the affected product.

 

As soon as we receive the product back, we will provide the refund within next 7-10 working days.

Cancellations of the orders are accepted only within 24 hours of the order placement. Thereafter, if the orders are shipped, only returns are possible. For returns, please refer our Returns & Refund policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
